Your local licensee will work with you to help you understand the component pricing so you get the home you want, on a budget you are comfortable with.

When creating your home with Trenz Homes, you will be able to make your own personalised choices for the following components:

• Kitchen cabinetry, fittings and appliances

To make the decision process simple we offer a checklist of popular upgrade choices available. You simply select the options you would like to be included in your estimate.

We encourage you to select the options you want. We simply remove the standard option and replace with the upgraded option. Once you have selected your specifications, we can prepare an estimate for you. The estimates we prepare are specific for your site and chosen specifications. No hidden surprises down the track!
